  • 20 minute yoga sequence video incase you can’t get into a yoga space

  • 1-2 instruction videos for weekly program goals and assignments

  • journaling prompts (15 minutes of pen to paper a day can be a game-changer)

  • 3 simple, delicious plant-forward recipes (less than 30 minute meals, because simple works)

  • 45 minute Sunday zoom meeting to check in, answer questions, and provide support

  • group chat on Voxer for community connection and inspiration

  • access to my ‘Clean Eating 101’ Workshop - October 12 11am-1pm via Zoom
