For nearly two decades, I lived the fast-paced life of an artist—balancing a vibrant dance career, teaching yoga, and juggling multiple side jobs just to make it in New York City. But after two cancer diagnoses and a lifestyle that left me feeling burned out, I realized something had to change.
I’ve always been drawn to the deep well of holistic practices, but it wasn’t until my world shifted in 2019—after a painful separation and becoming a single mom—that I finally made wellness my full-time focus. Now, self-care isn’t a quick fix for keeping pace—it’s a way of life, one that’s fuss-free, budget-friendly, and easy to integrate into a busy schedule.
Today, I help other women like me—moms, professionals, and those feeling overwhelmed—learn how to cook nourishing, delicious meals, simplify their routines, and find more time for rest and joy. I believe that when we set the right conditions, our bodies have the natural ability to heal and thrive.
I live in upstate New York with my daughter, our curious cat, and a flock of neighborhood chickens. When I’m not in the kitchen experimenting with clean, vibrant meals, you can find me practicing yoga, taking long walks, or diving into research on living more consciously and cleanly.
